Expect the piece to loose and shed strands in the beginning of its life, this is normal!

Do not vacuum, I recommend shaking or fluffing out gently with someone that you love

If you have a stain, treat immediately. For wet stains soak with towel to absorb spill. Do not scrub or machine wash / dry. Be gentle. If soap is necessary use a neutral soap without dye or fragrance.
